Extra, Extra...NHL Returns!!
Just announced at TSN, the NHL and NHLPA have reached a tentative agreement on a new labor deal.
Among the highlights of the deal:
-a hard cap, with a range from $21Million to $39Million
-A 24% rollback (immediate) in player's salaries
-the much-debated cost-certainty
In other words...the players got screwed extra hard, and basically gave the owners everything they'd wanted all along. The players really will look like idiots after this deal.
Also, there are expected to be announcements soon of major rules changes to the game. Should be an interesting season. Personally, I'm just glad I can once again go to professional hockey games.

That's it! Moving back to Nashville was officially a great idea! I can't wait to hit a dozen games this year. Go Preds!
