Super Bowl Comments:

1. That game rocked after 26 minutes of nothing.
2. Far more exposure has popped up on national TV than Janet Jackson's pasty-covered breast (J-Lo at the Oscars a couple of years ago? Whoa! Where was the outcry from the FCC then?), and the attention it's getting is over the top.
3. Tom Brady is a QB that you can count on in any situation.

My disdain for the Patriots didn't show up during the Super Bowl. Maybe it's the way Super Bowls tend to open up offense due to the lack of penalties and such, but I found myself genuinely impressed with the Pats AND the Panthers in this game. They took shots down the field and made great catches, and made this Super Bowl a game. It's the best ever because of the high-wire act these two teams opened up near the end of the first half. And...did anyone learn anything from that MNF game between the Cowboys and the Giants? The Patriots made a gaffe at the end of the first half by squibbing a kick with enough time for the Panthers to get downfield and kick an FG, and then the Panthers made the same mistake in the crucial second half, kicking the ball out of bounds, giving the Pats enough time to eat up all the remaining clock and kick an FG.

Anyway, the comparisons of Brady to Montana I believe are warranted. I remember back in the days of the 49ers' dominance that you could never count Montana out in any game--now the same can be said for Brady.
