What Ricky Williams did is just wrong. Just terribly, terribly wrong. If he had decided in January that he didn't want to come back, that would have been fine, but he did it at nearly the worst time, really hurting that team. I have no respect for that.

But, it's really not surprising. Anyone who has followed him through the years knows that he's a headcase, and was never really able to find happiness in the league. I've known plenty of crazy people in my days, and they're prone to do really odd things. Hell, I don't think that's a bad thing, as we all have to work through our weird quirks. But, you need to think about others in the meantime or you'll really hurt some people bad, including and especially people you actually care about. Like the Dolphins coaching staff right now. Not good, and he'll probably regret it one day.

Peter King of SI says that Eddie would have been a Dolphin if the timing on this had been different. And also that Ricky had horrible B.O. Well, how about that.
