My thoughts? I don't want to know about the inner-workings of this conflict. I don't care. I think both sides are being greedy, but sadly that's just the nature of humanity. What do we expect when there is so much money involved? I can't wait until sports aren't so popular anymore, such that ticket prices go down, SportsCenter actually shows highlights instead of in-show ads, and no more hearing YMCA at every freaking game.

Mark McGwire gained my eternal respect by saying that he would retire instead of go on strike again. He knew how we, the fans, were being treated. But, that takes a rare mind. I'm the fan, and in my mind I'm the only one that matters. As soon as either side starts to show some passion, I'll start to take sides. Until then, I'm watching football.
