If you remember my infamous $1000 bet on the US basketball team last Olympics, you can be assured that I won't make that bet again. They just lost to the freaking Italians 95-78. Wow. I try and I try to get excited about the NBA, and something in my mind still gets excited when I hear the Lakers and Nets are playing Christmas day, but I'll easily lose interest again. Largely because the players don't seem interested.
