I knew Jay Culter's stock was high, but I didn't know it was this high:

Chow�?s assessment seems to be the general consensus on Cutler�?s ability. Draft guru Mel Kiper has Cutler rated the third best quarterback behind only USC�?s Matt Leinart and Texas�? Vince Young and has Cutler going ninth in the first round to the Detroit Lions. Almost everyone agrees he�?ll be picked in the top 15.

Top 15? I would love if, somehow, the Titans got a hold of him. I'd hate to see him languish in Detroit, but I still think he'd be a solid NFL player.
