I actually had no idea about this Reds/Braves trade. First off, I know nothing about Bubba Nelson. Second off, Jung Keun Bong was a little-used reliever last year, I think a late-season call-up kind of guy. I don't know much more than that. And Rietsma, well, I've heard of him but don't know much about him, either. If he has any potential at all, Mazzone usually can bring that out of pitchers--like John Burkett, et al. In other words, this trade is about as puzzling to me as any...it's like a bunch of "players to be named later" being swapped.
