China's Ban on Blogspot

I was wondering why nobody had come to this website from China, as seen in this picture:



Visitors from Taiwan, Japan, India, and many others, but none from China. When I was there, I could post to the blog via blogger.com, but could not look at our page, or any other blog on blogspot.com. It turns out that, yes, China has blocked blogspot, and did so in Jan. 2003. Here's more on this topic from Salon.com.

On a related note, the University of Louisville's website was blocked as well, which I don't understand.
