How to Beat Jet Lag

Sleep four hours on the night before the trip. This throws off your normal pattern of sleep. Only sleep four hours or so on the flight(s). It helps if you have a window seat and love to watch what you are flying over. Find something exciting to do when you get home, like... blog. Or call friends. I did both. I was then able to get to sleep at my usual Eastern Standard Zone time. Despite the 13 hour time difference, I feel pretty good today. I hope I feel so good at the end of the day so that I can blog some more.

Can you believe that I have work and school today, as well as a project due on Wednesday? And so do most of my travel-mates. No rest for the road weary...
