There is only one word: WOW!
To those of you that watch 24: Is there any doubt that 24 is the best thing going on television...period?! Lost is deep and brilliantly intriguing. House has superior writing. Bones shows promise. Arrested Development is hilarious. But 24...24 is the most exciting, most engaging, most fulfilling episodic television show I have ever seen. The 2-hour premieres last night and tonight are merely the latest bits of proof to that effect.
To those of you that don't watch 24: why?

This is one of those shows I think I'll almost cry when it's all done. And I'm just talking about individual episodes!
24 has fired yet another blast towards being the best show of 2005-2006. It and LOST will be duking it the rest of the way--only I'll get to see a new 24 every week.
