Titans

Now that the Titans have lost, amid almost everything falling into place for them going to the playoffs (Bengals loss, Jaguars loss), watch the 49ers beat the Broncos later today, the final piece. It would figure that the Titans would have had to beat the Patriots on the final day. I watched the first half and got disgusted at all the penalties. It became comical: every time I saw something good onscreen, I looked for the flag. I was rarely "disappointed."

Anyway, that's what happens to a fan who didn't expect much for the year, only to be brought all the way up to expectation, only to have it slip away, badly, on the last game. 8-8 is much better than expected, though. Hopefully, they can build for a run next year.
