Fairview

This might look better if you expand it - I think much of the debris from a few days ago has been cleared, but there is plenty more to go. The church that was destroyed that has been in all the local papers was only a mile from my friends house. No one died in Williamson or Davidson County, so we are all lucky.

While my heart goes out to all the people who lost loved ones and homes, I am very thankful for the safety of my friends and family.

Are there any foundations that are taking donations for relief? Let me know so I can help out.

Mike, I remember riding the bus out to Bethesda when Mr. Giles told us all to get down. There was a tornado ripping across the fields! Remember? It was on the stretch just before the trailers where the kindergarten teacher lived (can't remember her name!). She lost her trailer to a tornado a year later. Scary, scary stuff. I also remember the tornadoes hitting Cool Springs when the mall first opened.
